First, check if the correct phone number is linked to your eHerkenning token. Your administrator can do this in the Management Module.

To receive text messages, it’s important to have good network coverage. Additionally, the following steps may help:

  1. Clear your inbox completely.
  2. Turn off your phone completely.
  3. Remove the SIM card from the phone for 15 minutes.
  4. After that, restart your phone. 

If you still don’t receive any SMS messages after completing the above steps, it’s best to contact your phone provider.
